We finally put pizza on the menu. We’re leaning into the Modern Neapolitan style—think a light, pillowy crust, made to sit perfectly alongside a glass of wine. It’s simple, airy, and exactly what we wanted to eat at the bar. If you’re new to our story, Superfine was where we pioneered our signature Contemporary Neapolitan style—and now we’re bringing that soul home to Mellow. It’s all about the craft of sharing: 🍕 The Dough: Hand-stretched and leavened for 48 hours using the slow-cold poolish method for an airy, and aromatic crust. 🇼đŸ‡č The Goods: We use only Italian flour and San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes from AVPN-approved suppliers in Napoli. đŸ€ The Vibe: Each 10-inch pizza is cut into 8 slices—the perfect size to grab a few for the middle of the table.
