I stopped in today after Nia class to say hi to Nae and Claire and somehow ended up exactly where I needed to be. I told Nae what was going on, stress, anxiety, a twitching eye, a to-do list with no end in sight. She smiled like she'd heard it before and got to work. We smelled herbs, talked through what each one does, and slowly built something just for me. Tulsi, Chrysanthemum, Skullcap, Linden, and Lemon Balm. I added Hibiscus at home because I had it on hand and honestly, why not. I named the blend The Come Down. Two cups in and I already feel more like myself.☺️
Every herb has its health benefits listed right on the side of each jar. They are very intentional and sit with you and actually talk to you. This is herbal wellness made personally for you and Kind Folk does it beautifully. (Also super duper affordable!!)
They are located in Cedar Park, open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm. Go build your blend. Go meet Nae and Claire. You will not regret it. 💕
