This weekend is our season finale, and it will follow the journey of a grain grown in the Panhandle town of Sunray, Texas all the way to becoming a beer that is aptly known as “Texas Country” Beer. Community. Hard work. Time spent with loved ones. Some of our favorite things about Texas–they’re found in this cold beer.
It’s a beautiful story of Texas agriculture told through the lens of various makers including the farmer, a maltster, beer maker, and peach farmer. We think you’ll enjoy it.
And we’d love to enjoy the show (and the beer) with you! We’ll be hosting our Season Finale party at @stelmobrewing , the brewers of this fine beer, from 6-9PM this Saturday May 9th.
There’ll be Texas music, Texas Country Beer, burgers made from cows that fed on the spent grain, and a screening of the entire episode. Come say howdy!

Country & Western brings a fresh angle to the contemporary West Coast IPA — showing off a clean, steady-going bitterness that intermingles both classic and contemporary hop aromatics! With a double dose of Crosby’s Strata CGX in the whirlpool, even more in the fermentor, and accented with Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic, this IPA delivers pronounced notes of blood orange, freshly-picked strawberries, and soft ponderosa — we get a little lychee and sweet cannabis boppin’ around in the background too.
Even better, this beer is a collaboration with HAAM, with a portion of proceeds going directly to support Austin musicians and the work they do for the community. ❤️🎵 ❤️

The Carl Cruiser, our newest delivery vehicle, was custom designed by our friends at Mod Bikes and includes a little side car(l)! This cruiser will be making an appearance 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 at Tour de Carl, and you’ll be seeing him around town :)
Mod Bikes is located down the street from St. Elmo South at 415 E. St. Elmo Rd. Swing by to test ride a bike - they’ll have a St. Elmo beer ready for ya! 🍻
