So, this one I can do independently, which is perfect for my lifestyle. 🔸Every user is different — abilities, preferences, and techniques vary. What feels most comfortable will depend on each person’s condition. While many wheelchair users can manage the V-Lock anchoring and release system of the R90 independently, factors like trunk control, hand dexterity, and upper body strength all play a role.
🔸Getting to know how the device works — and practising regularly — makes a big difference. Repetition builds both confidence and precision, making the process easier over time.
🔸This video shows an example of how some users, with experience, may attach and detach the R90 while seated, while others find it easier from outside the chair. Both are valid — it’s all about what works best for you. 🤗
