We would like to take a moment to remember an incredibly influential friend and light: Jill.
Jill was a close friend to us all, and our love for her ran deep. She lit up every room she was in. She made her presence and love known, and we will always remember her. On behalf of Ryan and myself (Ronan), we remember Jill as a friend of 10+ years. More importantly, she showed Ryan and I the majority of the indie music that we listen to today. We will be sure to share this playlist, as it was monumental for us; we want to share this with you all as well.
We would also like to sincerely thank the family and friends who came to see our live WCUR show last Friday. We sang for Jill, and we know she was singing along with us. All merch proceeds we made (over $300!) we will be donating to Barnstone Art For Kids.
Jill - we will love and remember you everyday, in everything we do. May you rest in peace.
