化学物質過敏症を発症した経緯があり、地球に優しく地球ともコミュニケーションをとった生活をし、心身ともに元気でいることを心がけているそう
有機ライサワー種をメインに自然栽培米麹種、有機レーズンの発酵種でパンやマフィンを焼いています
パンに使用する小麦粉は全て国産、全粒粉・ドライフルーツ・ナッツ類は全て有機、無農薬無化学肥料のものを使用しています
