If I told the 2019 version of me that I spoke to a crowd like this, he probably would never believe it.
Although he could see it in his mind,
A vision of the stage with literal blinding lightsā¦
He would dismiss it as an impossibility.
Little did he know that he would undergo a long journey of self-doubt, trials, false hope, betrayal, and eventually redemptionā¦
To finally see this view.
To finally understand what he has all along.
Itās the gift of bringing real people together.
To truly understand and hear them.
To see the good in them and help share their message.
Because he once felt unseen and unheard too.
āāā
But you know what never changed with 2019 Brien?
He knew that every single great thingā¦
Was never made by a single person.
Itās the collective effort of those behind that makes the dream work.
A recipe refined through trust and integrity.

Someone many of us grew up watching.
Sheās played the roles we know by heart the mother, the aunt, the confidanteā¦
Minsan kakampi, minsan kontrabida characters that made us feel, cry, and even get angry, all at the same time.
We step behind the camera to get to know the woman behind the performances.
And with Motherās Day just around the corner, this Thursdayās episode becomes a special celebration of motherhood honoring the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of moms everywhere.
Not only as a mother, but also as a woman navigating life, love, and partnership on her own terms.
With the strength and spirit of a full armored single motherā¦

Being interviewed by the great @suitedph
Hereās the fastest way to become a top 1% speaker:
Every time you read an interesting idea, SPEAK IT OUT LOUD - explain it in your own words, connected to your own experience:
(I use a dedicated digital voice recorder, but you can simply use an app on your phone)
Hereās why it works:
1. You get reps without a stage.
Instead of waiting until Iām on stage to practice my public speaking, Iām practicing every single day. Iām building fluency, fluidity and the ability to express new ideas clearly, on command.
2. You build a second brain.
Every idea I dictate becomes a searchable, reusable asset. Stories. Frameworks. Analogies. All sitting in a database I can pull from the next time Iām on stage, on a podcast, or in a meeting.
Want to know a secret?
I didnāt actually write this post.
I dictated it.
More reps = faster improvement.
The world is a dark place not because there are a lot of bad people. But because there are good ones, like you, choosing to hide their light.
Thatās why I would always encourage to speak those who truly have substance and something valuable to offer. Masyado na maraming negativity, manipulation, and injustice happening. Itās time to balance the scales.
I find myself praying sometimes...
āLord, let the good ones win.ā
But I know it will come down to the choices we make.
Do we commit to showing up even if we have self-doubts?
Do we speak and share our message despite judgement?
Do we allow ourselves to be seen even if itās uncomfortable?
If you see this,
maybe itās a sign.
A calling.
Letās light up the darkness.
