What happens when you learn the process of creating podcast content?
Do you think it will help your business?
Will it help you show up more for yourself?
I get the need to be visible online nowadays especially if you are a business owner or a professional. But more than crunching the numbers, look at how you can build brand equity and trust over time in your industry.
Great things take time to nurture and grow. Just like building a brand that people not just look up to but also leaves a lasting impact. It's your legacy.
Thank you EASY PC for providing this workshop in the hopes of affecting meaningful change to your creative heads.

"PANGARAP"
It's been 3 years since we pressed 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 at @lifeoverwhiskey .
A lot happened in those years.
I realized that beyond fear and doubt lies a feeling of liberation that only I can truly appreciate.
What was once a dream, now I can say i'm kinda already living in it.
I don't know what else is in store for me, but I trust He has so much more to show me.
And all it took was saying "YES" and taking that first step.
Show up afraid, show up scared, but show up anyway.
There is a gift waiting for you when you act on courage despite fear. Sometimes the beauty of life comes from unexpected moments.
Thank you @hollyland.ph and @apcsoma for inviting me to share the future of content creation through Podcasting. 🎙
This was an amazing experience being able to impart podcasting principles to the upcoming creative minds in the industry.
Plus the chosen pair won a brand new Hollyland Lark A1 each!
Congrats @drlngpy and @tppnkl ✨
Nag participate ka na, nanalo ka pa. 💜
Special thanks to @joloson1 and @luigislvstr / @digitalceoph for helping in the documentation. 🙏
And @mushysheila and @eeastyles for the trust in my voice 🗣️
If I told the 2019 version of me that I spoke to a crowd like this, he probably would never believe it.
Although he could see it in his mind,
A vision of the stage with literal blinding lights…
He would dismiss it as an impossibility.
Little did he know that he would undergo a long journey of self-doubt, trials, false hope, betrayal, and eventually redemption…
To finally see this view.
To finally understand what he has all along.
It’s the gift of bringing real people together.
To truly understand and hear them.
To see the good in them and help share their message.
Because he once felt unseen and unheard too.
———
But you know what never changed with 2019 Brien?
He knew that every single great thing…
Was never made by a single person.
It’s the collective effort of those behind that makes the dream work.
A recipe refined through trust and integrity.

To my VoiceCon co-founders,
Peter Daniel Veriña
Ron B. Titular
Joyce Burton Titular
Thank you for allowing me to share my light in this lighthouse we built together. 💜

Proper acknowledgement for all those in the backend, speakers, hosts, and participants to follow in the coming days.
Pahinga muna.
The world is a dark place not because there are a lot of bad people. But because there are good ones, like you, choosing to hide their light.
That’s why I would always encourage to speak those who truly have substance and something valuable to offer. Masyado na maraming negativity, manipulation, and injustice happening. It’s time to balance the scales.
I find myself praying sometimes...
“Lord, let the good ones win.”
But I know it will come down to the choices we make.
Do we commit to showing up even if we have self-doubts?
Do we speak and share our message despite judgement?
Do we allow ourselves to be seen even if it’s uncomfortable?
If you see this,
maybe it’s a sign.
A calling.
Let’s light up the darkness.
About a year ago, the very first VoiceCon PH happened...
This was taken right after the event concluded.
I remember offering a prayer of gratitude that we were able to make it happen in a short span of 4 months.
What I learned from that experience:
1. Be open to possibilities - sometimes the difficulties you face is just a preparation for you to experience greater things. You'll never know what's on the other side if you don't see for yourself.
2. Be with those you trust - credibility and trust is important when choosing who to partner with.
3. Be grateful - even when things are not going your way, gratitude allows you to be grounded so you can adjust or adapt objectively.
VoiceCon Year 2 is happening this April 24th...
But this time, I'll be one of the speakers.
Nerve-wracking for sure but I guess I am where I'm meant to be.

Podcast Story Time
“Nahihiya ako”
“Hindi naman ako magaling magsalita”
“Sila na lang (pointing to their people)”
I’ve heard a lot of similar sentiments from business owners when the conversation is about showing up more online.
But what’s funny is when I sit down and talk to them...
I can see how passionate they are at what they do.
They’re able to explain and articulate their thoughts well.
See most of the time it’s not a matter of competency and being knowledgeable in your craft. It’s the inexperience of creating content that leads you to believe that you’re not deserving to be seen or heard.
I get it, it’s too overwhelming to learn. Busy ka na nga sa business mo, iisipin mo pa ba yun?
But the reality is that maybe you just haven’t figured out a way that will allow you to express yourself freely without the fear of judgement.
All you need is the right environment, structure that works for you, and reliable people to work with that makes you feel comfortable. And to me the best way to do that is through the content medium of Podcasting.
The truth is that the world needs to hear your story. If you have that desire to leave something behind, a legacy more than your business, then just maybe this is for you.

“If we record a group discussion style podcast…
how would it look like?”
That’s the first question I had in mind when we decided to create a podcast for JCI Makati.
I realized then that we can do a lot with what we have.
Knowing not only your available resources but also who can support you in your endeavors makes a huge difference.
And so I asked Dir Rheyniel Flores and EVP Peter Daniel Veriña to join forces in terms of our production capabilities. Plus utilizing the couches of our sponsor AF Home, makes our set look very top tier.
The set might be overkill to many but to us it’s just usual 🤣
Special thanks to Pres Jek Rico, NSDD Reynard Francisco, Dir Aaron Santos, Dir Jude Fumar, and Dir Dominique John Flores for being open to spontaneous conversations. Tsaka kay Comms Ryan Buan and the rest of the backend.
