It’s my birthday in May… so I’m making it ‘My Round’
For the whole month, I’m opening up a simple daily ritual for anyone who wants to join:
* Morning sea dips.
* Coffee after - every Monday the coffee is free after the dip, and discounted for the rest of the week.
* A few 5k runs during the week, some free tea & chats after.
* Some yoga, workshops, community & connection.
No pressure, no big commitment — just show up when you feel like it.

We’re also delighted to welcome two new teachers to the space this week — @ceilikitchen who will be leading yoga classes through Irish, and our very own @reformbyrichie who has officially started teaching Pilates. Make sure to check out their classes over the coming weeks.

We’re delighted to have our @finneganspottery cups back in stock, big thanks to Alena for keeping us so well supplied.
I also had the chance to make it over to the @dublincoffeefest and connect with some of the brilliant roasters, suppliers, and people shaping Ireland’s specialty coffee scene, it was genuinely inspiring. On the way, we stopped into @unfilteredcoffeeco and it absolutely lived up to the hype, the coffee was so good!
Massive congrats to Enda and @kalicoffeebar on competing in the Irish Brewers Cup, such a class performance from start to finish.
And finally, a big thank you to @thebestcoffeeshops.ie for including us as candidates for Best Coffee Shop 2026. This whole journey has brought us into a community we’re so grateful for, it really means a lot to be part of it.
