Founded by two northern brothers, Sam and Jack Nowell, the space sits at the heart of craft, community and consideration. Less a rental studio and more of a working creative ecosystem. Built from years spent navigating design, architecture and fashion, Substation feels like a natural meet-up of their worlds rather than a bold pivot.
