A Vision that has been in our hearts for over a year, a recreation of a piece we had in our archives. When we started developing this look, it wasnt just “cultural”, it was history The vision, giving the direction to a story deeply rooted in Kalabari and Ijaw heritage, interpreted through couture. From the exaggerated hips to the raffia detailing inspired by traditional artistry. The raffia brought in that raw rustic art form, while the coral tones and red accents added depth and presence. A Kalabari woman carries boldness naturally and this look was created to mirror exactly that. This is heritage standing tall in couture form.
