In addition to illustrated texts on each artist, it features essays by Risa Puleo, on aesthetic strategies of dispossesion at work here in the Berkshires; by Alena Williams, with an alternative history of eco art; and by me, on the usefulness of a relational, ecological lens over the romantic and Eurocentric language of "nature."
