What a beautiful weekend we had with Lucienne!
Today, we looked at extension, how to not be a small, compressed and suffering thing but how to expand with grace. I learned something new about creating space in the joints through mindful extension which I will take into my practice.
Yesterday, Lucienne presented 4 clusters of asanas, one for each element of earth, water, fire and air. The element ether was addressed separately in supported inversion and Savasana. We did each cluster of asanas together, slowly, then repeated it a few times, finding our own rhythm, breath and connections within our bodies.
Lucienne is such a thoughtful and creative teacher. She always takes us on a new adventure within our own selves and we trust her to guide us completely. A wonderful and joyful way to spend International Women’s Day and to start Spring 🌼🌷🌷
