cat’s out of the bag — it’s 2026! Starting off the new year with a banger of a photoshoot with my bestie! We did this in two parts — first I took photos of Peachy in her home so she was comfortable in a familiar space. Next I took photos of Amanda in the studio with similar light and fur coats as spacial reference. i’ll follow you until you love me In my Photographer Workshop, we recreated @ladygaga’s iconic VMA performance of Paparazzi. @peachrangoon resembles Gaga so much and I just HAD to have her model for this concept! @shootsbysimmy and @markus_cbus signed up for the workshop! They both did amazing!! I taught them character and emotional directing and posing, pops of color, and most importantly the style of editing I wanted to showcase — “scrapbook editing”. Like putting stickers all over a picture in cool collages. There was so right or wrong way to put it together either, however you wanted to bring it to life. We used @scrlgallery to create the collages, which is one of my favorite photo apps to use! I was put on this earth to create ️Generating images using Ai isn’t “creating art.” It’s lazy, uninspired, and insulting to true artists who enjoy putting work into bringing an idea to life. You can’t spell heart without art. “Artificially intelligent” images have no soul to them. So we had an idea to do a photoshoot inspired by her Tiny Desk Concert. Theory confirmed! It was so uncanny haha.
