These dishes feel a little personal to me.
Soft bread miso gnocchi, charred until crisp on the outside while staying soft and chewy within, finished with morels and pecorino for a savory finish. Made in-house with my own specially prepared bread miso for added depth and character. Alongside casarecce designed to hold every bit of the prawn bisque, lifted with bursts of cherry tomatoes. Simple pleasures, thoughtfully prepared.
Sunday lunches are now on at the block, a slower afternoon, a proper plate of pasta, and maybe a second glass while you’re at it.
