🐑🧀Design for a book about CHEESE by Jiří Giorgio Jelínek 🌜 founder of The Italians..🌛 a family of delis, wine bars and bakeries across Prague, London and Rome 🧚‍♀️🫕 Conceived as a response to ultra-processed cheese culture and the disappearance of traditional cheesemaking across Italy. 🍼🧌 Giorgio wrote the book and shot over 500 photographs across Italy 🐏 arriving to us with one brief: 🐄🤠 “Do whatever you want ‼️ just don’t make it look like a cheese book.” 🌞🪤 Launched at the Estorick Collection alongside the opening of an 8-year-aged wheel of Storico Ribelle 🧀 Big shout to Niamh for all the care and attention designing this slab 🧝‍♀️

🍓🫧 Rebrand for Asymmetry, an independent arts foundation supporting curators and researchers with Chinese and Sinophone backgrounds. 🔮🔭 Conceptually drawing from academic tools and research practices: dictionary structures, highlighters, index tabs, filofax and marginalia, the identity foregrounds methods of reading, annotating and understanding. 🗝️🗞️ Slide description below for more knowledge: 1. Custom extendable, extractable, exchangeable sign 2. Ringbinder poster board with 8 rings 3. Picture of an event 4. Library catalogue magnets 5. The library door 6. The library 7. 🌵🐢Visual identity and tone of voice for Meadow 🐛🍀 @workfrommeadow a new co-working concept from @masonfifth 🌳🦜 that feels part living room, part workplace, part nature walk 🍋‍🟩🔫 We leaned into the calm but playful and slightly absurd energy of the name🥬🐸 using humour, nostalgia and a gently cheeky tone to sidestep the usual co-working space tropes.🪲🐍 Through the use of vintage nature imagery 🌿🍏 wildflower colours, and type inspired by park signage and holiday postcards 🦖🌴 we situated Meadow as a working vacation destination;🐊⛳️ a workplace you want to spend time in 🪀🦚⌨️🐒Thanks to @harold__bennett for supporting the team on this one! 🔠 Cornbread by @maxitype_com Focal by @commercialtype

🕵️‍♂️ An artist book we designed for 👨‍🎨Alex Donnelly has been awarded among the 💄Most Beautiful Norwegian Books 2025🇳🇴 The book, produced in just 23 copies, collects two connected bodies 👯‍♂️ of cryptographic 🔐 poetry by the artist as part of his PhD thesis 👨‍🎓 at the Royal College of Art @royalcollegeofart . Alex was blinded by an explosion as a 🪖soldier in the Iraq war. His poetry therefore has undertones of the post-traumatic, and takes inspiration from themes such as 🚜 machine language🗣️, cryptography, surveillance📹, and the banality of war. As a legally blind person, the artist is not capable of creating visual artworks; instead he writes instructions👨‍💻 for how his works should be realised in various mediums, including print🖨️. The works therefore have several 🖲️dimensions; the execution is seen as an artwork, the code in itself is poetry, and the texts resulting from the decryption process is also a piece of poetry 🤯. The hardback🧱📖 book with 🥁drum-leaf🍁 binding is beautifully🌸 bound by @simongoode @londonbookarts 💋, with paper from @gfsmithpapers and ✨immaculate riso printing✨ by @pagemasters.co . Set in 🏛️ROM from @abcdinamo 🔤 The work is not available😢 for sale, but a copy is available for viewing at LCBA👀 Thanks so much to the ÅVB jury👮‍♂️! 📸 by KUNSTDOK / Istvan Virag (except the stack)📸 @grafill_ @grafill_grafisk_design @aretsvakresteboker

🫦A logo facelift 💉for @mayorgallery 🎩 in London, who wanted to touch up 💅their appearance on the occasion 🍾of moving to their new location on 🪦Bury Street. The 🖼️ gallery has gone through many logo iterations since opening in 1925 👴🏻, slab-serifs 🧱 being a returning ⏪feature which lately had devolved into typing ⌨️out the name in the default, free version of Clarendon😑. We simply 🆙dated it to the beautiful ✨Clarendon Graphic✨ by @optimofoundry 🇨🇭and fixed the 🗜️spacing and alignment 👷‍♂️, leaving 3️⃣ logo versions for practicality💼. If it’s worked for 💯 years, why change it? 🤳Photos by @saeterjoergensen 😘
