Two bathrooms. One cohesive story. ✨
When our client was designing their main bathroom and guest bathroom, they repeated the same brushed brass fixtures, warm stone tiles, and clean-lined fittings across both the bathrooms — not to make them identical, but to make the entire home feel intentional and connected.
That consistency is what gives a home a calm, elevated feel without needing every room to match perfectly.
A few design tips if you’re renovating:
• Repeat 2–3 key finishes throughout the home
• Keep your hardware/fittings consistent for visual flow
• Use variation in cabinetry or styling to give each space its own personality
• Choose timeless materials over trend-heavy selections
In this project, the shared fixtures create harmony, while the navy vanity adds just enough contrast and character to the guest space. 🤍
The result? Bathrooms that feels cohesive, considered, and effortlessly luxurious.
Alice showroom tour in Milan. Stunning geometric forms, colours and interactive movable elements. Highlights were the new deep basins, the Idilla washbasin and the movable mirrors.
Soft grey stone + deep navy cabinetry = a bathroom that feels timeless, not trendy.
A few design choices here that make a small-to-medium bathroom feel instantly more elevated:
• Use large-format tiles to reduce grout lines and create a calmer look
• Wall-mounted taps free up bench space and make cleaning easier
• A mirrored cabinet gives you hidden storage without adding visual clutter
• Mixing warm brass lighting with cool brushed nickel tapware adds depth without overwhelming the palette
The biggest takeaway: choose 2–3 finishes and repeat them consistently throughout the space. Cohesion is what makes a bathroom feel luxurious. ✨
