Grow your own medicine - expanding zero cost turkeytail cultivation. Couple years ago i harvested a piece of turkeytail mushroom from the forest. Out of curiosity I laid it down (spores side down) on top of a piece of hardwood log from a pear tree that was fallen / cut down from the garden due to the tree’s old age. And voila, a small Turkeytail farm grew out of it with time, the right conditions (moist/out of direct sunlight/hardwood substrate), and nature’s magic.
