Nu kan vi ikke vente mere 🧡 @studio_fridan og jeg (@anderswaltz ) er utroligt stolte over endelig at kunne løfte sløret for et helt særligt projekt med @tordenskjold_danmark , i tæt samarbejde med @goodrelagency .
Nemlig Tordenskjolds nye produktserie, bl.a. deres ikoniske tændstikæsker, som har haft en plads i danske hjem i over 150 år 🇩🇰
Tordenskjold er et ægte dansk ikon, og derfor er vi selvfølgelig gået til opgaven med stor respekt for produktets designhistorie. Det har ikke handlet om at ændre på udtrykket, men om at forstærke det, der allerede fungerede.
Vi har skabt et system, der gør produkterne både genkendelige, enkle og æstetiske. Bl.a. ved at arbejde med farve, form, typografi — og det klassiske portræt, som er blevet støvet af, og har fået en varmere tone.
Lanceringen markerer samtidigt starten på et fint og vigtigt samarbejde med @hus_forbi , hvor en del af salget fremover vil gå til at støtte organisationens arbejde for hjemløse og socialt udsatte i Danmark.

Some of my favourite mobile layouts for Studio Fridan. On this update design I added a “Click to copy” feature on the email hover – meaning you don’t get redirected to an email app, but rather you just copy the mail and add it wherever suits you. A nice UX feature that I will start implementing on more sites onwards.

Honored to have made a new website for… myself!
As a web designer and developer, making your very own website should be kind of the easiest thing, right? Nah, as with any profession, it sometimes become 10x harder the more personal the work is. The expectations can be high and the ego can truly make you start questioning every decision and skill that you thought you had.
Anyways, this is my new, updated site, better than before – meaning, a captivating first section where you quickly get a taste of my work. Then, a clean, timeless design with clear structure, highlighted projects and small animations here and there, making the site feel more like it belongs to 2025.
Having a portfolio that is up to date, showcasing the best of you truly requires some thought and effort. For now, I’m satisfied with this and will wait a while until next update. Then I’ll probably look back and think the same thing again – this looks soooo 2025. The life of a designer..! 😄

It has a lot of capabilities that I feel Wordpress is lacking and as I’m passionate about creating the most seamless experience on the web, this feels like a natural step.
