They're It. Vienna-born @nathannemet and Brooklyn native @beatricetaitloft of @studio__ntl first crossed paths at @ashstaging —Német, after working in real estate, and Tait-Loft, after studying photography and design history. “Within three seconds of meeting, I had a falling-in-love moment,” laughs Német of their fast friendship, which last year led to the creation of their own firm. “Our work is a blend of design elements we each love, shaped by our unique upbringings and a continuous commitment to exploration,” say the pair Securing their first solo project, a luxury apartment at New York’s Hudson Yards, was “a true pinch-me moment—and that feeling hasn’t left us since.” Read more about our 2025 FREDERIC It List at the link in our bio. #TheFredericItList Interiors photography by @ethan__ogrady

Vessels. Not only a visual reference in our branding, but a quiet philosophy that guides us. We’re drawn to forms that marry function and beauty. Swipe for a few favorites across history: 1. Silver vases and cups, by Josef Hoffman. Vienna, 1920s. 2. Sugar Bowl, Sweden. 1800. 3. Bronze Bowl, China. 632 B.C. 4. Wine Cup, Syria. 1400-1500. 5. Carved Wood Bowl, Norway. 1700-1800.

From falling in love with Studio Ebur in Paris, to logging 25,000 steps between events and exhibitions in Milan, to swooning over design, architecture, and art in Nathan’s hometown of Vienna…
