much like creating art, interior design requires patience, instinct, and curation. over the course of four years of design and construction we found and layered pieces throughout this space always trusting that the right pieces would find their way to us. some pieces show up early - before we even know what to do with them, while others show up right at the end and just in time. i actually continue to send this client pieces that i think she would love. to me, a curated and personal space is never truly done.
we found the two vintage filing cabinets from
@nickeykehoe that our client propped up on left over reclaimed bricks from the fireplace, well-loved stacking chairs were found at
@eskandarofficial_ on a sourcing trip in new york, the glass on our clients existing art broke but found a cool home under a
@bddw_etc jigsaw piece, the vintage factory table and gustavian high back chairs were found at
@galeriehalf while the two vintage double arm sconces popped up on my instagram feed from
@obsoleteinc all the way back in 2021!
