One of my favourite photos of our ‘Marriage’ dish taken by none other than @studio8ight . . All we always evolve our signatures dishes this dish is definitely one of the harder ones to try and improve, this season 1% has been the addition to braised kombu dices into the mix. A little addition of saline as well as texture. . See you at Mia 🥰
