Another Project successfully wrapped up with this renovation of 2 apartments in an Art Deco Manor House in Coogee.
As a Class 2 building we completed the regulated designs, and coordinated the consultant team to obtain the CDC Approval.
The Construction was completed by Development Application Consultancy, with the Ground floor apartment being snapped up prior to auction by @ppdre

Just approved via CDC this week is the Kookaburra House, where we have taken a small, dark & rundown weatherboard cottage, and created a bright & spacious renovation much better suited to the needs of a growing modern family!

After a failed start in 2022 due to weather, it's great to see things well underway at our Riviera site in 2023.
Bulk excavation is now complete, with 97 truck & trailer loads of material removed from site (approximately 2500 tonnes!)
