2025 HIA Hunter Custom Built Home of the Year 🏆
Finalist 2026 HIA/CSR Australian Custom Built Home
We were thrilled to be announced as the winners of Custom Built Home this year at the @hia.hunter awards evening in Newcastle. Designed by retired architect Geoff Crowe and his wife, this home encompasses so many unique architectural features. Materials were chosen to withstand the harsh ocean front elements with off form concrete, external glazed ceramic tiles and blackbutt timber. Interior finishes continue the robust self-finished theme with natural terracotta tiles, exposed concrete walls, hoop pine plywood ceiling panels and polished concrete floors.
