We are happy to share this with y’all – finally.
At the beginning of 2021 in the middle of the pandemic, our friends from Locolor asked us if we would like to make a video with them, as they had some idle time and had been fans of our music for a long time. At the time we were working on 2 songs, one of which was “Dogs” and it was still completely unclear what direction we would take with it. The process of shooting the video and creating a little ‘cosmos’ of its own made us think further and see “Dogs” as a move towards something new. The encouragement of our video.crew and the motivation that came from creative work of the shoot led us to write 9 more songs that eventually became our debut album. Dogs was not only the first song for this album, but ultimately also became the intro to this album (cosmos).
The Song deals with the chaotic, unpredictable nature of relationships and the dissonance between expectations and reality, setting the tone for the album’s exploration of those connections that shape us, for better or worse. „Dogs“ is the sound of losing yourself in the noise and trying to make sense of it.
