Hampton Ltd || Project Update
Join Daniel Laruccia, Spyre’s Managing Director, onsite at Hampton for this month’s update. Hampton Ltd represents a significant milestone for Spyre, and a deeply personal one for Daniel, marking the first Spyre venture in Victoria and the realisation of a long-held vision.

This month, waterproofing and tiling have commenced in the wet areas, wall and ceiling insulation has now been completed, and plaster installation is underway in Building A. In Building C, structural steel installation is in progress ahead of window works, with glazing now starting across the lower levels. Acoustic insulation has been installed within the intertenancy walls, while fire-rated plaster is also currently in progress.

This brand was built around simple idea: time moves differently here. From competitive positioning, branding to tone of voice, art direction and collateral development - every touchpoint for this absolute beach from property was designed to let the place speak for itself.
