For @poolbarfestival 2025, a crossmedia design concept was created to express this year’s theme “Wechselbad der Gefühle” (“emotional rollercoaster”) of emotional contrast and rhythm in motion.
Bold, shifting typography interacts with flowing gradients, echoing soundwaves, spectrograms, and the movement of water. The typeface Gravity by @abcdinamo brings visual order into the emotional turbulence.
At the core: animated wave motions that mirror the ups and downs of the festival’s emotional arc.
A “Wechselbad” between calm and tension, clarity and disruption.
Grounded in perceptual psychology.
Repetition, rhythm, friction = attention.

GUKUBI MATO CERTIFICATION PASS 👹
@gukubimato is a Graz-based artist collective that explores human perception, transformation, and decay. The design concept by @strudlboy stages GUKUBI MATO as a Japanese bureaucratic institution from the 1980s. Every artwork they create undergoes a detailed certification process — questioning the authenticity and the seriousness of art.
The GUKUBI MATO Certification Pass accompanies each acquired artwork as proof of its authenticity. It undergoes an exaggerated and performative certification process, including multiple layers of stamping, signing, and approvals. This over-validation reflects not just the obsession with authenticity but turns the act of certification itself into a performance.

„Bildung & Chancen – Infografiken und Statistiken zur Ungleichheit der Bildung“ zeigt die Chancenverteilung des österreichischen Bildungssystems in Bildern.
Obwohl die österreichische Verfassung Chancengleichheit verspricht, zeigen PISA-Studien: Schulleistungen hängen extrem stark von der sozialen Herkunft ab. Dein Bildungsweg ist oft schon vorgezeichnet, bevor du die Schule betrittst.
Die Infografiken finden sich auf mehreren Seiten eines Faltplakats und beschäftigt sich mit Sprache, Herkunft, PISA-Daten und den psychologischen Auswirkungen von Bildung.
Es ist ein Aufruf zu mehr Bildungsgerechtigkeit.

Album and vinyl design for »Things Gotta Change« by @sladekmusic ❤️🔥
A visual study in motion and wave patterns, referencing 70s optical art and 60s soul album covers. The graphics were generated using a custom p5.js sketch, allowing the visual elements to behave like sound waves — flowing, overlapping, and crashing into typographic structure.
The center label is a functional phenakistiscope. It doesn’t just look like it’s moving; on the turntable, it actually does.
