Frog pose is a very important stretch for the hips. A lot of people struggle with it due to a lack of hip flexibility, but what many don’t realize is there are many variations and there’s something for everyone.
It’s really not about how it looks or how deep you can go. It’s about how it feels and how it affects your body.
