Here are some stretches you can do at night to help you get better sleep. If you don’t want to get better sleep, don’t do these. These are all helpful for releasing muscular tension, and if you relax into them, you can calm the mind a bit too. They can all be done right on your bed or the floor or wherever you have space. You’re of course always invited to take my evening wind down or bed stretching classes in my app @stretch.app if you want to be guided through. Have a nice day my friends

This goes out to anyone who has, or would prefer to avoid, lower back pain. These are some stretches that commonly help with lower back pain and can also help avoid it in the first place. Keep in mind there can be many different causes of back pain so it’s not always one size fits all. That said, these are some of the most commonly helpful. Don’t do anything that hurts and start gently. If they feel good or relieving, doing them consistently will be most useful. Have a good day love u

I always used to hear the same advice about building muscle. Eat more, eat more. But changing how much you eat - whether more or less - can be really difficult and hard to sustain. Adjusting what I consume has been much more sustainable and effective. What you put into your body can be just as important as how much. That’s one of the reasons I trust @thornehealth .
