What a weekend!! Doggs of War at @thedogghouse_gym was a HUGE success. The entire community up there is so special to team STS and it’s truly become a second family.
The meet showcased some crazy lifts as always but beyond the meet itself was the community that has taken place. The true meaning of strength through struggle outside the walls of the gym was on full display as I got to reconnect with friends and meet a ton of new people and hear their stories. Their trails, their triumph and the fight they continue to fight every single day.
That’s what this is about, community and fellowship of knowing you’re not alone. You have a whole group of people ready to support you and ready to help you fight. I say it all the time we are not a brand, we are family and each and everyone of you are a part of it. So thank you so much. To Dan, Jimmy, the entire Dogghouse gym crew and all of our new friends. Can’t wait to do it again.!
We’ve had a lot of new faces join us recently, so it feels like the right time to reintroduce what Strength Through Struggle is all about.

The last picture in this post is one of the most meaningful to me. It’s a photo of me and my mom. After losing my sister, there were days when strength felt impossible to find. Days when getting out of bed felt like a victory. But the message behind Strength Through Struggle is what helped keep her going when she didn’t want to… and it’s what fuels me every single day.
That loss didn’t just connect me to this brand. It gave me a purpose.It gave me a mission re-launch this brand to spread this message as far and wide as I can, so that when someone else is facing their hardest moment, they know they’re not alone.

The 2026 Women’s Pro Am was truly something special, and Strength Through Struggle is beyond grateful to have been a part of it.
This meet means even more to me personally because the Women’s Pro Am was the very first powerlifting show I ever attended. To be able to come back years later and bring Strength Through Struggle with me for the final one is a blessing I can’t even fully put into words.
