ORBIS: THE ANIMATED TRAILER‼️
We had the opportunity to work with the incredible @studio.kipu to make this animated trailer for our art book’s Kickstarter campaign (still live - link in our bio)!
We started production all the way back in May and it turned out better than we could ever imagine… just look at how cute they made our (still unnamed whoops) cat mascot 🥹
Also super grateful to work with the one and only @bryanteohmusic on the ORIGINAL soundtrack for the trailer. He absolutely killed it and we couldn’t be more happy!
Please expect the short-film version of the trailer to be released soon :) We’re excited to show you the slower more cut of it with an entirely new score by Bryan!

Kickstarter saw it first ☃️
I’m super excited to announce that we’ve officially brought on Samantha Vaz Tan (@dewfroq ) as our artist for the Antarctica stretch goal! 🐧❄️
We’ve been hard at work these past couple of months to make sure production kicked off thoughtfully and responsibly. I’m happy to share that we’ve now successfully onboarded just about 90% of our artists, and recently passed our first progress check, including references, early concepts, and exploratory sketches!

Hi friends ! I recently participated in SOZ: Abandoned Spaces edition!! I immediately wantwd to depict some cultural ruins and chose to make them indo-islamic style. Swipe for some references, how I messed up initially by being silly about 3D modeling and a hint at PART TWO !!!!
Part 2: compiled research about indo-islamic architecture. Im only from Thailand so I have no similar roots to the area, regardless Id love to take a deep dive and examine what makes these incredible cenotaphs, mosques, forts, and courtyards so beautiful and functional for their location ! Thank u gang ! 😝

Idk why, but this was a real struggle! But here’s an illustration I did for the Abandoned theme for @streetsofzine 🌟 it was my first time and I was really happy to be participating with so many talented people!

My piece for the In the Streets of: Italy zine! ✨ I knew I wanted to paint a cathedral but the hard part was choosing which one…changed my piece at every turn but finally settled on the Montecassino Abbey. I’m always painting blues and other cool tones, so it was a refreshing challenge to tackle an interior so warm and full of gold accents (last slide is what it looks like before I added lighting effects!)
Also learned to simplify a LOT while working on this (even though I would love to capture every single exquisite detail of this abbey)
