Been a blessing to be apart of my brothers journey these past couple years. My guy @terrenceeeehillll is a great example and role model of what happens when you work hard, trust the process, trust God and do things the right way. I got a lot of love for my guy THill and I’m excited to see where his journey takes him🏁 #sbpfam #trainingthattranslates

Use this drill to get shifty⬇️ Kettlebell alternating split drops are a dynamic exercise that challenges coordination, balance, and timing, all essential components of rhythm and fluidity in athletic movement. By seamlessly transitioning the kettlebell from hand to hand while performing split drops, athletes develop a smooth and efficient flow, improving overall agility and coordination. This enhanced rhythm and fluidity directly translate to the basketball court, where quick change of direction, precise footwork, and seamless transitions from high to low are crucial for success. Incorporating kettlebell alternating split drops into your training sessions can help you elevate your game by honing these essential skills. Try doing these either in your warmups or in a primary block paired with some variation of a split squat to enhance your development. ————————————————————————————— Also shoutout to @schlesstrength & @mrdoitmoving who were some of the first people who I had seen use this drill and I’ve been utilizing it ever since🫡 Athlete: @jaygort1

Same pattern. Different intent. Different outcome. Here we have @evina_22 demonstrating sing the @beyondpowerofficial VOLTRA for a single-leg RDL with eccentric overload: 45 lbs on the way down 25 lbs on the way up The goal isn’t just to make the exercise harder. It’s to change the adaptation. Variation 1: 5 sec lower → 1 sec pause → 5 sec return Built for control, stability, and owning positions. Variation 2: 5 sec lower → 1 sec pause → explosive return Built for control on the way down and intent on the way up. Variation 3: Quick drop → 1 sec pause → explosive return Built for force absorption, braking ability, and reacceleration. Athletes don’t just need to produce force. They need to control it, absorb it, and reproduce it. That’s training that translates #SBPFam

Probably my favorite sequence from the weekend … you gotta have heart to take on a triple team directly and with this level of intensity. These are the types of traits that separate players - @loveleibestt / @ml20_lady_enforcers 💪
