Designed in collaboration with @we.are.opal , the building enhances the long-term sustainability of the campus with inspiring new spaces and memorable experiences that will stand the test of time.

The building’s design reveals the diversity and vitality of the spaces within, celebrating its important role in the community. Weaving together old and new, the project hosts local arts organizations in film, drama, music, dance, and the fine arts.
