Showing up matters, and it’s even better when you’re having fun doing it. We recently had an incredible opportunity to give back in one of the communities where our team members live and work: Tempe, AZ. Nearly 40 of our local team members came together to connect with more than 100 youth at the Boys & Girls Club of the Valley, creating a day filled with energy, creativity, and genuine connection.
Throughout the afternoon, volunteers jumped into a wide range of activities. From after-school arts and crafts to festive Cinco de Mayo inspired painting, and even some good old-fashioned dodgeball, there was something for everyone. Each interaction, whether helping with a project, joining a game, or simply having a conversation helped create a welcoming and engaging environment for the youth.
Moments like these are a powerful reminder that community engagement doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful. The smiles, laughter, and thoughtful questions from the youth highlighted just how impactful it can be to show up, be present, and invest time and energy into the next generation. We’re incredibly grateful to the Boys & Girls Club of the Valley team for their partnership and for the work they do every day to support young people. And a huge thank you to all of our team members who volunteered and helped make this experience so memorable and impactful.

This past Tuesday, I went to my FIRST EVER @detroitpistons game in Detroit, courtesy of my friends at @stockx , and I’m bringing y’all with me. The last time the Pistons made it to the second round of the NBA Playoffs was 2008, so the energy at the game was CONTAGIOUS!
Even if you’re not a native Detroiter, you definitely find yourself yelling DETROIT BASKETBALL from start to finish. Big thank you to StockX for having me in the building for Game 1 and for making sure I went FLY for my FIRST Pistons Game!

The Sneaker News x Bape STA releases in “Day” and “Night” colorways inspired by different sides of New York City. The “Day” pair features pastel mint, lavender, and sky blue accents, while the “Night” pair takes on a darker charcoal look with speckled details throughout.
The “Day” pair is limited to 1,386 pairs, while the “Night” pair is capped at just 556 😮💨
Releasing globally via StockX on May 6th, followed by a release at Bape NY and the Sneaker News pop up powered by StockX on May 8th and 9th.

@SNEAKERNEWS ‘Night’ BAPESTA - 1 of 556🤯 The media platform is releasing its first ever sneaker collab this week, powered by @stockx , with a 2-pack of ‘Day’ and ‘Night’ Bapestas, respectively limited to 1,386 pairs and 556 pairs globally.
A pre-release will be available on StockX on May 6th at 12pm EST. Then, the global release will take place on May 8th (assuming via Bape) and in-store at Bape NYC.
There will also be a pop-up on May 9th at 70 Hester St in NYC from 11am to 5pm, with pairs available there as well.
The colorways draw inspiration from NYC’s ‘concrete jungle’ and 1990s outdoor gear (speckled midsoles), and represents the non-stop grind energy of the city - day & night.
The pair features a first-of-its-kind triple-stacked star logo, which really makes these stand out, and Sneaker News branding on the heel and on the tongue.

Recently, members of our Supply Chain and Operations teams had the opportunity to connect with youth at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Detroit’s Michigan Central location. The day began with a tour of the space, including the fashion and design room sponsored by StockX, where they learned more about the organization’s history, new home, and the incredible impact they continue to make in the community.
Throughout the day, team members shared their career journeys, lessons learned, and advice for professional growth during a panel discussion. They wrapped up with speed networking, giving students the chance to ask questions, explore different career paths, and build meaningful connections.
This experience was a powerful way to support and invest in a community where our team members live and work. Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful day possible. 💙
