The Still is a collision of captivating simplicity and fleeting subtle complexity, stretched over far-reaching trajectories and patterned other-worldly planes. We are so open for more bookings. „MIRROR MIRROR“ is a reflective light and ecstatic cyclical drumming duo. Performing completely in analogue and in real time their communication relies upon a sort of telepathic connection of abstract ideas and emotions. A visual concert of sympathetic magic. Asi Föcker uses mirrors as instruments to reflect light from light sources directly onto the screen. By manually adjusting the arrangement of the mirrors and light sources, she creates abstract light phenomena. Without the use of a projector, camera or computer, Asi composes a moving image, cinema without film. Steve Heather perceives the drums and handmade percussion as a large sculptural sound object. He explores the physicality of the drums and his relationship to them in order to create ecstatic rhythmic loops that constantly evolve and recontextualize themselves. Together, they create a magical, sensual audiovisual concert.
