Toma con todo para todos
@nikela x @paisaboys x @streetfc
Street FC came to Los Angeles almost four years ago with the hope of turning underutilized spaces around this city into places where people could express themselves. It’s taken us from a rooftop in KTown to a school blacktop in Sawtelle to a formerly empty lot underneath the recently rebuilt Sixth Street Bridge.
At each stop we’ve found community. The best thing about Street FC has been the people ballers of all levels and background who show up every day of the week to play. Along the way, we’ve met so many others that have contributed to LA footy.
Last Saturday was a tribute to all of you. We were proud to share The Bridge with you all for @nikela Toma La Noche. This is only the start of something very, very special. We’ll see you soon. #tomala
Nike recently hosted the "Toma La Noche" street soccer event under Los Angeles' 6th Street Bridge on March 28 featuring local partners @paisaboys and Street FC. The event, part of a youth tournament series, included a custom pitch, performances by @chinito_pacas and community street culture.
Who got next? This is street soccer like you’ve never seen it.
Balling out under the bridge in the LA Arts District every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. Grab your spot in the @streetfc app.
Much love to @anomaly.xiii for the edit.
We’re back with a women’s game at The Bridge in the LA Arts District this Sunday (4/26) with some sunset vibes ☀️. Come out and ball or bring some beverages and food to support your friends. We’ll be there into the evening.
Sign up on the @streetfc app now. All welcome.
Our very own @ccottvfilm has a photo of our very first LA Street Slam that’s on display at the @analogfootball exhibit, Football on Film. If you’re in Mexico City check it out at @estudioescutia from now until May 2.
