I feel incredibly grateful that “The Red Kiss” has brought me to meet people from all over the world, and to form new friendships along the way.
Filmfest Dresden
@filmfestdresden is one of the warmest festivals I’ve ever attended. From the very first night, when Anne
@milapopila kindly invited me to Thalia after the Q&A, I truly felt welcomed—not just as a filmmaker, but as someone invited to make meaningful connections. What makes this festival especially inspiring is the way each screening session brings together a diverse mix of short films. Every program is thought-provoking and gave me insight into the concerns and perspectives of filmmakers from different places. The festival also hosts Kids and Youth sessions and juries, nurturing a sensitivity for watching and discussing cinema from a young age. Besides screenings, there are various talks and discussions, and of course, a crazy hot drag party.
I’m honored that “The Red Kiss” was nominated for the Best Sound Award at FFDD26. It was particularly meaningful that there was a dedicated screening for the sound award nominees, allowing audiences to focus on and truly “hear” what each film conveys through sound.
Finally, my heartfelt thanks to all the selection committee members, juries, pre-juries, moderators (special thanks to
@miriamlimit !), staff, filmmakers, and audiences at Filmfest Dresden. Your efforts helped build a safe community for exchanging ideas. I hope we will meet again someday.
最後要再次感謝參與製作《刺鳥》的每一位,是你們成就了作品,使它能飛到不同國家的戲院及觀眾的心裡🫡
