I still canāt believe it, last month we celebrated 10 YEARS of the Warner Bros. Discovery Access to Action program! šš¬
A program like this doesnāt sustain, adapt, and thrive for a decade by accident. It endures because of community, the people who show up, open doors, share knowledge, and mentor others.
Over 250 productions. Nearly 800 job placements. 15+ states. 4 countries. I first got involved as an intern at #NOVAC , and in many ways, Iāve grown up alongside this program. Some of my most meaningful professional and life lessons have come from the people connected to this work:
⢠Participants stepping into unfamiliar spaces with courage and open hearts
⢠Executives trusting that expanding access strengthens our industry
⢠Established crew members sharing their sets, expertise, and wisdom
From; Sinners, One Battle After Another, Weapons, Superman, The Pitt,The Gilded Age, Succession, Insecure, Queen Sugar, Joker, Euphoria, All American, King Richard, The Color Purple, Barry, YOU, Task, Big Little Lies, Westworld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Sex Lives of College Girls, Presumed Innocent, Los Espookys, The Bachelor, Black Lightning, Just Mercy, Claws, The Originals, True Detective and many more⦠Iāve been constantly reminded that physical production is artistic, technical, collaborative, and deeply honest work. And that film and TV tell stories that shape culture and preserve our humanity. What makes me most proud of Access to Action is that year after year, weāve taken ACCESS from an idea to something real, tangible, and life-changing for so many people.
Thanks to my team members and mentors over the years;
@pamhacker212 ,
@darcytomeetyou ,
@maggie.the.cat.lady @kaitlynherring ,

@avanced , John, and Kelly - for shaping this program and inspiring me along the way!
Ten years isnāt just longevity. Its hundreds of careers sparked, countless doors opened, and a growing network of people carrying this legacy forward in their own work and leadership.
