This year has been bittersweet, with so many lows but also so many highs.
I started the year by celebrating my 25th birthday. It was a moment of clarity, and I finally locked in on what I needed to do.
I also helped facilitate a Camera Demo Day with @panavisionofficial through @novacvideo Thank you, @skrulphoto , for your hospitality and commitment to community engagement.
The following month, I was selected to participate in the @neworleansfilmsociety EV Directors Lab. This was a life-changing experience, and I’m incredibly thankful to @zandashe and @thatmaren for introducing me to new memories and family.
The rest of the year was a blur, honestly, but I made so many amazing memories with my family and friends. But it was hard to say goodbye to my Louisiana fam especially @novacvideo thank you for everything. I don’t know where I would be without my workforce team.
Lastly, I moved across the country to Los Angeles and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to my Dad for making that experience unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me in any way this year—I’m truly grateful. I can’t wait to share everything I’ve been working on in 2025!
It’s been almost two months since I’ve moved to L.A. and it’s been such a transitional time for me. Thank you to my family and friends for guiding me through such a sentimental time. Thank you to everyone who’s had me on their sets since I got here, I appreciate y’all so much. 🥹

This year, I am spearheading efforts at NOVAC to raise $25,000 in support of the Community Filmmaker Cohort Program. This program plays a pivotal role in nurturing new and emerging filmmakers, fostering collaborative efforts to create impactful shorts.
