Dior’s iconic Toile de Jouy is one of my favourite collections and does exactly what dinnerware should do…start a conversation and dream. And being able to share it with friends on a weekend at home, playing the chicest game of backgammon and ending the night with Dior bedside treats made it that much sweeter.

Tomorrow night I’ll share the full tablescape I created for my event yesterday, but I wanted this eclectic autumnal floral moment to live on the grid. Along with the tablecloth it was the starting point for the complete tablescape. It’s different to my usual ‘en masse’ singular floral arrangements so let me know what you think! X

To navigate this part of the UK, in Spring as the bluebells flower, and the leaves turn bright green feels otherworldly - and getting to do it in a car that was born out of this very story and place feels even more so.

I honestly think I should have been born in the 18th century because every time I walk into a space like this, it feels like home.
And who doesn’t love a tented room? And this lounge space @the_lanesborough might just be one of my favourites.
Not only is this historic hotel (built in 1719 as a private home for the 2nd count of Lanesborough, then St Georges hospital, then opened as Oetker hotel in 1991), it’s the service and the people that make it feel truly like home.
It’s rare for me to say because I travel to many beautiful hotels, but the service might be some of the best I have had anywhere in the world. Truly special. X

Reliving the time last weekend, when two besties got let loose in the Cotswolds. We made ourselves right at home at Rose cottage doing what we love most - cooking and styling - before I crashed Donna’s book launch @daylesfordfarm where we hosted a beautiful long lunch and masterclass together.
Joy in life is when there is no line between work and play, and that’s exactly how last weekend felt. Thank you everyone who attended and shared that same joy with us. X
