This Mental Health Awareness Week, I wanted to share a few highlights from my journey with Step Insideš§
I started my mental health journey in 2019, and launched Step Inside in 2023. If you know me,you know I rarely take compliments and Iāve battled severely with my mental health for years.
But through Step Inside, I found a purpose.
Iāve met lifelong friends, incredible DJs, and amazing people whoāve all become part of this journey. From charity runs, skydives, football matches, the London Marathon, Ibiza, Fabric, Star Lane and charity events. Looking back, it has been a insane couple of years!
Together, weāve raised almost Ā£45,000 to support people struggling with their mental health. Iām so grateful for everything
@mindcharity continue to do for people who need support and someone to talk to.
And honestly, Iām proud. Proud of what weāve built, proud of the impact weāre making, and proud that weāre helping people feel less alone.
I wanted to share some key moments from this journey to show that even through the hardest times, there is always a way forward. You are never alone, and there will always be people who want to help and support you.
Iām beyond grateful to everyone whoās been apart of Step Inside so far. And me and
@frankwhiz1 have got some exciting things coming this summer that we canāt wait to share with you all.
Letās not wait until someone takes their life for us to start taking action. Please keep speaking upš§
