One of my favourite sporting weekends is now in full swing and the inspiration the @londonmarathon events brings…. is, well, simply contagious!
Congrats to all participant’s, blossoming athletes, proud parents, guardians and teachers encouraging participation by being being part of something bigger than them! Im inspired to now go out for that run!
Putting yourself on a startline is never easy,curbing the butterflies and trying something new and testing but its always worth it in the end!
Cant wait to watch and support the bigger dance as well tomorrow! All the very best to those competing out there! 💫 go get it and enjoy celebrating!

Except this time for a mental triathlon practicing and honing my legal skills! ⚖️ 🖊️ 📖
Delighted to have placed 2nd 🥈 in the Second Best Overall Team of the @University of Laws Competition averaging second ranked of our scores across three key legal skills with only 45 mins prep, prior to each matter.
I led on negotiation and advocacy whilst my partner Ed (who I had only met this morning) led on client interview.
We were thrown some technical fact patterns but pleased to say I was able to think on my feet, be commercially creative and advocate strongly on behalf of our clients and defendants interests!
The role play of some of the scenarios and being in front of practicing partners and a district judge was… real!
Further still Ed and I recognised each other’s areas of strengths or interests and shared the load of the prep and the task.
Grateful for the opportunity and cant wait to continue to put my practice into action, hopefully helping maybe one day you. On on! 💫

🏴 Celebrating Burns night with the Hays, gaining goosebumps from the exquisite recital from @veritybramsonhay performing “Ca’ the Yowes”.

I adored watching ‘performing’ in another medium, delivering and executing a solo amongst friends, with such class, ease and 💓.
📗And earlier in the week, celebrating Joe earn his Masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine, whilst working 6 days a week. From volunteering his time at weekends to now working in professional sport and public health, I couldn’t be prouder!
📖 Only in his spare time did he also have his own poetry published in @likethewindmag .
And to my bestie and sports sister @lenniew8 showing up for herself, inspiring her family and me alike, finding her stretch goals to test herself to see her physical and mental capabilities on the track again!
As they say, surround yourself with individuals who inspire, push you and who can be there on all aspects of your journey performing or not! 🌟

Home from the best weekend created by @europeanathletics at the @crosscountrylagoa2025 Championships where fellow mentees & mentors got to meet IRL and engage in the brilliant Leadership mentorship programme led by @noahlevy_ and @mapamimundo . We got to connect, learn and feel inspired by shared practice across our respective countries and I very much look forward to the remaining three months to continue conversations and pick up where we left off. Of course, it was extra special to also cheer on all our respective countries athletes who we all support and watch them give it all in fab Portuguese sun! 👏🏽 🇪🇺 Well done all! Bring on 2026! 🌟

Cracking weekend @britishathleticssupportersclub annual weekend and awards dinner! Such fantastic panel discussions and honoured to be up on stage alongside @broomedwardst44@john.mayock@slywendy shares our memories from sport as well as to talk to many up and coming athletes!
British sport isn’t what it is without its fans and supporters… and the Athletics crowd are the best! Whether they are waving their flags 🇬🇧 nudging you to head on that victory lap, or following your journey on the ups and downs, they have developed a community to celebrate the journey together!
I also was lucky enough to invite my sporting soul sister @gb.louise.small too who just flew back from running 2:27 in the marathon!
Feel lucky enough to be each others supporter . friendship as well as being fans of the sport are just as important as being in it.

Pursing the steps to now represent individuals, business’s and the interests of clients within sport by proudly having completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Law.
Having recently started as a Paralegal in a Commercial Litigation and Sport, I’ll now be consolidating my sporting experience with a Sports Law Masters!
My history in athletics has been extensive but not limited to this after being a SG& Welfare Officer for Lewes Football Club for 18 months.
If you know me, I’ve always been an advocate for others, questioned and been willing to listen and understand the problems individuals and the sporting ecosystem face.
