What an incredibly special, exhausting, and rewarding year it’s been. Although there’s absolutely nothing chill or lowkey about it, stepping into leadership felt so right! Very hopeful this is just the beginning xx

A little collection of 'studio oopsies' and gentle parenting my internal choreographer
For the past few months, I’ve been in the middle of a conflict with myself in which I’m intentionally focusing on all of my losses and failures to use them against the person in the mirror. This person who has accomplished and loved more than she ever did dream and unfortunately gets her entire world rocked by any sort of setback (which 2025-2026 have been GENEROUSLY HANDING OUT).
I’m hopeful this can be a year where my projects, relationships, and experiences are built upon the foundation of passion instead of survival so that failure doesn’t feel so final.
If this is something anyone else is going through, I hope for a year of being gentle on yourself xx
