G’day mate — felt like Steve Irwin recently. 🐍 Caught a snake, but didn’t kill it. Just moved him somewhere safer.🪾 Got me thinking—snakes are everywhere. Not always something to fear or fight. Sometimes they’re just part of the path, asking you to stay calm, aware, and intentional. It’s not about reacting, but responding from a place of love and acceptance. That’s the power of story, as things are not happening TO you, but FOR you, and it’s all about how you navigate the narrative to impact others. Your story matters. 🤟🏼

True crime has always been part of my story .. I remember being alone in my parent’s bedroom after watching a Dateline or Unsolved Mysteries as a kid, and how I felt both on edge, but intrigued too. So telling one of the most wild stories from my hometown in Philly hits different. Not to mention the fact that my close friend and college roommate’s Dad was the agent who busted the guy. This journey had everything: losing both the book rights, chasing big ideas (yes, even trying to get Adrien Brody involved back in the day), and watching our script stall during COVID. But we kept going. We found a home with @audacy , told Larry’s story, and now seeing @colinjost attached, someone I’ve watched for years on Saturday Night Live is pretty special. I remember when my mom was sick she heard the first episode of our podcast, Wolves Among Us, and how proud she was. I just wish she could be here with us now to experience this journey with me. Movies may not be the same as they were… but the feeling they give us isn’t going anywhere. #TBT to watching She Dances — and wow. A story about a Dad helping his artistic daughter played by real-life father and daughter @stevezahn and @audrey_zahn telling a story about love, connection, and what actually matters. It hit. Shot right here around Lexington, it felt personal, raw, and honest in a way you don’t see much anymore. The kind of film that reminds you why movies matter in the first place. Directed by @its_rickgomez - the split screen and ending shot of a dance competition made it feel like you were there. And it was shot ONE ON CAMERA. This means the actors did take after take, brilliantly. This film was pure heart. Go to the movies.
