Cheers to 30🎉!
When you’re in your 20s (oops, I said that😉), it feels like you’ll be in that phase forever - at least it did to me. Now I can say, I’ve been there, done that, and I don’t do 20s no more.
But I’ll take a moment to appreciate a decade that taught me so much and beautifully shaped me. A decade where I dared to dream passionately and pursue my dreams. My 20s were a whirlwind of wins, losses, love, laughter, tears, (lots of it because yes, I am a cry baby), stress, resilience, drama, hope and everything in between. If I ever write a book about my 20s, it would definitely be a best seller😂. So let me know if I should drop that!
From being a student, to becoming Miss Universe Nigeria 2017, a model, lawyer, leader, and pro bono specialist. These chapters have been priceless. I am certainly carrying the lessons with me.
As I say goodbye to my 20s, I thank my younger self for staying true to who I am. It was definitely an unforgettable decade.
