We went to Trinidad and Tobago last winter to experience its flavours and delve into the stories behind its most beloved food vendors and the love for food of these two tiny islands with such a huge food street culture
1- Damian on St James selling coconuts from his car with the help of his mum (St James Street, Port of Spain)
2- Simeon and Usha, a beautiful couple that sells delicious Saheena (St James Street, Port of Spain)
3-Double’s chickpea curry and and chutneys from Nicholas and Charaz’s doubles stall (St Juan)
4- Pato, Rough and Ryan chillin at Lion’s fruit stall (Bucco, Tobago)
5- Marie selling Chicken and mac pie from her car on the side of the road ( Parlatuvier Beach, Tobago)
6-Paul Julien with the snow cones ( Savannah, Port of Spain)
7- Chef Jenny, she offers Caribbean cuisine( Savannah, Port of Spain)
8- The seafood roti from The Roti Cafe’ (Santa Cruz, Port of Spain)

A collaboration between, @stefypocket , @celestekdoig and Myself. We travelled to the island for carnival and also explored the street food scene in Trinidad and tobago, meeting the vibrant locals who served some of the islands best known dishes.
