2 new tapes out today!
An object oriented batch for Spring....
● Erin Demastes & Bryan Day - Fridgeworks
Fresh out of the fridge constructivist sound sculptures made from disposable drinking cups, motors, scavenged electronics, repurposed mechanical components, amplified springs, electromagnetic feedback loops, midi controlled fm radio, invented constructions made from household objects, and a variety of amplified metal objects including measuring tapes and natural brush bristles.
Everyday objects and hacked electronics, subverted in their use and perception with play and experimentation.
+++++
● Paige Draiss & Gabriele Giuliani - Lust Kaleidoscope Defined
An exploration of sound in its rawest form through unconventional textures and tones, utilising objects, pocket trumpet, mouth, percussion and electronics. Dissonance, atonality and noise, embracing the unpredictable and the unfamiliar. Abstract layers of sound, creating a sonic landscape where rhythm, harmony, and melody are deconstructed.

Out now
RODA - The Dripping Spirit CDr
RODA (Ross Scott-Buccleuch aka Diurnal Burdens & Daniel Vujanic from Zebularin) return with a somewhat spontaneous, sombre and sometimes splatty sonic stain. Veering from astral cartwheels; the stasis of indelible glue to the planned misdirection of a spectre's victory lap. It's that old familiar suburban malaise. Punctuated by perpetually leaking boiler pressure and sleep without rest. Some residue may remain.
Edition of 50
Truly an epic batch to be part of, thank you @unpocofria for releasing our second collaboration cassette:
'Sode' by Diurnal Burdens & Ypsmael
Partially recorded at NM soundindex, Meersburg, and Wigan, UK. Available now on one of our very favourites, the un poco fría label, out of Yakima WA.
