✨Flower Moon: Part 1✨
Last night I headed down to @steampunksauna with four girlfriends for a special Flower Moon edition at the quirky little wild sauna by the sea. 🥰 🌸 🌕
@steampunksauna can be found opposite Mermaid Beach 🧜🏼♀️ and is run by the lovely husband and wife team Tim and Emma. To celebrate the Flower Moon we were treated to gorgeous homemade floral ice ball infusions of rose and lavender, along with traditional eucalyptus whisk and bundles of fresh lavender- which made the sauna smell soooo glorious and aromatic! 🌸 💖
To mark the occasion, I also made a divine body scrub of fine sea salt and sweet almond oil with rose and lavender to share with the girls 🌹 Plus a little bath-time teabag to take home with hibiscus flower, rose petals and pink Himalayan rock salt 🛁 Dreamy!
We had such a gorgeous evening bonding in the heat of the sauna (we were Glowing ✨), flogging each other(!) 🌿 and running into the sea like giggling school children egging each other on!
I left with my heart full, my head clear, and my skin soft and smelling deliciously edible. Saunas always leave me feeling both relaxed and energised, such is their magic ✨

Sauna benefits don’t change with price— heat is what matters. That’s why we keep things simple and affordable. £12 per hour or £50 for a private session which accommodates 5. DM us to book your spot.
Don't worry, our regular schedule remains the same - we're just adding some extra hours. We also offer private bookings outside these hours. DM for details.
