Construction isnât complete, but that didnât stop us from hosting a super special birthday party! Using this dinner as a portion of my test kitchen, this dish made the cut. Halibut Crudo served over an avocado mash with a curry spiced citrus sauce, Cara Cara oranges and zest, chili oil and cilantro. Loved every bite đĽ

The combination of applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, reduced tomatoes, chili and black garlic is absolutely divine. Topped off with some fresh agretti for that perfect finish!

Yes please! melt-in-your-mouth beef tartare ⨠Each bite was enhanced with our house-made herb mustard, salt-cured capers, shallots, a hint of black pepper and local olive oil, creating an experience that made taste buds dance.
The tartare, topped with a fresh baby arugula and radish salad, lightly drizzled with a zesty Meyer lemon vinaigrette that brought a burst of brightness to each bite. Served alongside olive oil brushed sourdough crostini, the texture was the ideal complement to the richness of the tartare.
To elevate the evening, always need a pairing, a beautiful glass of MencĂa, enhancing each flavor and making the night truly special. đˇ
