Following the overwhelming success of our 2025 exhibition, The Oh Canada! Project, Station Gallery is proud to present Strong & Free – a bold, inclusive exhibition celebrating identity, place, and what it means to call Canada home.
What does it mean to be “strong and free” in Canada right now? This exhibition invites artists to explore that question through their own lens – whether it’s pride, tension, contradiction, or connection. Strong & Free embraces the full spectrum of lived experience, recognizing that our national identity isn’t one story – it’s many, layered and evolving.
This open call invites artists of all ages and experience levels to share work that reflects personal perspectives, cultural narratives, and creative interpretations of strength, freedom, and community.
Exhibition will run June 13 to July 19, 2026.
